Captures what happened in a real interview while it is fresh, records outcome and feedback in ScoutJobs, extracts lessons into the story bank and learning plan, and drafts the thank-you note. Use right after an interview, or when the user says "debrief", "how did it go", "they asked me", "I got rejected after the interview".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Interview debrief Ten minutes, right after the call. Input: `scoutjobs interview list --all` to find the interview, the application folder's `interview-prep.md`. ## Ask, in this order (one message, short answers) 1. Questions they asked, as close to verbatim as you remember. 2. Which answers felt strong, which felt weak, and why. 3. Anything surprising about the role, team or company. 4. Your gut: want to continue? 5. Next step they mentioned and when. ## Write - `debrief-<YYYY-MM-DD>.md` in the application folder: the five answers, plus `## Lessons` (3 bullets max). - Compare asked questions against `## Likely questions` in `interview-prep.md`. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
