Post-vote committer and PMC onboarding for Apache projects, podling or top-level: walks the nominator from ICLA check to welcome announcement, and maps the new committer's GitHub handle to their Slack, Discord, and social-media identities for the nominator to confirm.

How to install
mdr add apache/magpie/committer-onboarding@sha256:974bbd6f4076794dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261027.5395957, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
