Use when deploying or operating on AWS: compute choice (ECS Fargate, ECS Express Mode, Lambda, EC2, EKS; App Runner only for existing services), IAM, VPC, CloudFront, RDS, S3, SQS, secrets, OIDC deploys, Terraform or CDK, CloudWatch, DR, and cost guardrails.
