Use ao redigir, revisar ou versionar qualquer minuta que uma contraparte vá ler ou assinar.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Legal Contract Drafting — nenhuma cláusula sem origem
Minuta é a postura da empresa escrita em obrigações. Cláusula sem origem é risco sem dono; desvio sem marca é concessão que ninguém decidiu; valor "a preencher" é contrato que assina sozinho. Esta skill dá a anatomia, a régua de linguagem e a **matriz de desvios** — o artefato que permite a IUSTITIA cruzar minuta ↔ modelo ↔ postura e a PRUDENTIA aprovar sabendo exatamente o que cedeu. Nada aqui é parecer; o advogado inscrito da empresa valida antes da assinatura.
## 1. Princípios
1. **Nenhuma cláusula sem origem.** Cada cláusula aponta para modelo da biblioteca (`M{N}.{c}`), para a postura (`legal-posture.md §`) ou para fonte de VERITAS (citação completa). Sem origem, não entra.
2. **Todo desvio marcado.** Texto que se afasta do modelo ou da postura leva `[DESVIO: motivo]` inline e uma linha na matriz — quem pediu, por quê, quem aprovou.
3. **Valores, partes e prazos vêm do brief ou do registro (`#K`).** Nunca "preencher depois", nunca `[●]` na versão que vai a gate. Campo sem dado = minuta não está pronta.
4. **Versão com PASS nunca é editada.** Mudança = `v{N+1}` com changelog; a anterior permanece intacta.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
