This skill should be used when the user asks to "validate plan", "verify plan", "check plan completion", "did I finish everything", "is the plan done", "what's left to do", "validate my work", or wants to verify that all planned items were completed.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Validate Plan Verify that all items in the current session's plan have been completed. Plans come from either a session continuation (`SessionStarted.planContent`) or an in-session plan recorded by the kcap hooks. ## Usage Run `kcap validate-plan` via the Bash tool. `kcap validate-plan` resolves the current session id from the environment when the host agent CLI exposes one. If no session id is available, pass it explicitly: `kcap validate-plan <sessionId>`. ```bash # Validate the current session's plan kcap validate-plan # Explicit session ID (overrides env var) kcap validate-plan <sessionId> ``` ## What It Returns The command outputs these sections: - **`## Plan`** — the full plan text: the document declared through the `kcap-plans` MCP tools when there is one, otherwise the server's best discovered candidate, followed by the other candidates - **`## Tasks`** — the task list declared through the `kcap-plans` MCP tools, one line per task as `ordinal. How to install
mdr add kurrent-io/kcap/validate-plan@sha256:877d5a074e0dff76The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261031.5a0aa28, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
