# Quarkus + LangChain4j Scaffolding # Version: 0.23.4 **Prerequisites.** Invoke this skill as `/scaffold-project`, or as `/quarkus-agentic-scaffolding:scaffold-project` when it is installed as a plugin; it also triggers automatically when you ask to create a project or add a component. The project conventions (`CLAUDE.md` for Claude, `AGENTS.md` for Codex and Bob) govern the code this skill produces; this skill does not restate them. ## Before anything else 1. **Conventions present.** Look for the managed conventions block (a line starting with `<!-- BEGIN quarkus-agentic-scaffolding conventions`) in the `CLAUDE.md` or `AGENTS.md` of the working directory or one of its parents. If it is missing, STOP: tell the user to run `/setup-agentic-scaffolding` first (it installs the conventions and the MCP servers this skill needs) and end the turn. 2. **Quarkus Agents MCP reachable.** Apply the stop rule of conventions section 1 before reading the project: no `quarkus_*` tools or a failing `quarkus_status` means stop and report. ## 1.
