Use when configuring or troubleshooting email deliverability for Marketing Cloud or Salesforce orgs: sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), private sending domain setup, dedicated IP warm-up, list hygiene practices, and sender reputation monitoring. NOT for building a Marketing Cloud email — use admin/email-studio-administration. NOT for unsubscribe and consent — use admin/consent-management-marketing. Also covers the Salesforce Core deliverability surface: EmailAdministrationSettings…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Email Deliverability Strategy This skill activates when a practitioner needs to configure sender authentication records, plan a dedicated IP warm-up, establish list hygiene policies, or diagnose why emails are landing in spam. It does NOT cover email template design, dynamic content, Journey Builder flows, or Salesforce Core transactional email limits. --- ## Before Starting Gather this context before working on anything in this domain: - Confirm whether the org uses a **private sending domain** (only your organization sends from it) or Marketing Cloud's **shared sending domain** (shared IP pool with other tenants). This distinction drives nearly every downstream decision. - Ask for the current and target daily send volume. Volume determines whether a dedicated IP is justified (generally >100,000 emails/day) and shapes the warm-up schedule. - Check if SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records already exist on the sending domain. Duplicate or conflicting SPF records are the most common misconfiguration. …

How to install
mdr add pranavnagrecha/awesomesalesforceskills/email-deliverability-strategy@sha256:b1d867edb924da9dThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
