写一整本多章节教材或成体系的课程讲义（含习题）时用它，也可基于已有 Word 文档、讲义素材规划整本教材或修订项目中的指定章：按 UbD 逆向设计调度五个阶段，进度落盘 .progress.json 并可续写。触发语如"写教材"、"把讲义做成教材"、"修订这本教材的第三章"。只写单篇教程、只写一章（用 textbook-chapter）、只出习题（用 textbook-exercises）时不要用它。需与 textbook-outline、textbook-chapter、textbook-exercises 装在同一 skills 目录下。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
