Diff a live page's accessibility violations against a baseline — by default compares uncommitted changes (stash-based), or pass --branch [<name>] to diff against a branch. Reports only new violations introduced, violations fixed, and pre-existing count. Use `scan` for a full audit with no diffing.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Default branch: !`git symbolic-ref refs/remotes/origin/HEAD --short 2>/dev/null | sed 's|.*/||' || echo main`
Report only what changed. Locate; don't fix. If no URL in `$ARGUMENTS`, ask for one.
Parse `$ARGUMENTS`: strip `--branch <name>` if present → branch mode. If `--branch` has no value, use the default branch above. Remainder is the URL.

**Stash mode** (default — uncommitted changes). Tell the user first: _"Running in diff mode — stashing your changes to capture a baseline, then restoring. Your working tree will be fully restored."_ If `git stash push` fails, warn and exit.

How to install
mdr add ghosteken/agent-harness/accesslint-diff@sha256:604484bc175703c2The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260721.efafd9c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
