Converte uma feature documentada localmente (spec.md + tasks.md) num Epic do Jira com Tasks e Sub-tasks correspondentes, gravando o mapeamento entre local e Jira (jira-map.tsv). Reexecucao cria apenas o que falta. Triggers: "jira-convert", "converter para jira", "criar epic no jira", "sincronizar backlog com jira", "mandar feature para o jira". Skip if `jira-map.tsv` da feature ja cobre todos os itens de `tasks.md` (nada para criar) and the user did not ask to reconvert.

  OPCIONAL — sem ele, o titulo do Epic cai para o proprio short-name da
  feature, `jira-tasks.sh` comentario 2.2.5).
- Scripts do plugin no mesmo diretorio: `jira-config.sh`, `jira-io.sh`,
  `jira-tasks.sh`, `jira-map.sh`, `jira-title.sh`, `jira-sync.sh`.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260930.dfb9def, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
