Gatekeeping Git/PR by classifying change essence and recommending granularity, naming, and strategy; the `ship` recipe also executes PR delivery (create, CI watch, merge, cleanup) with Ask First on merge. Use when PR preparation, commit strategy, or gated PR delivery is needed.

How to install
mdr add simota/agent-skills/guardian@sha256:0d85feb518354990The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.e7cdf45, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
