Author a bounded Tin workflow package and reviewable qualification cases from a brief.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Read CONTRACT.md alongside this skill and the example for the chosen executor. Work within the run's spending and runtime limits. A new version may be proposed; never change an active workflow implicitly. 1. Identify the repeatable job, required inputs, promised output, failure behavior and external effects. Choose ordinary Python when the steps are known; add managed model calls only for judgment; choose a Codex procedure when deciding the steps is itself the job. Do not turn every brief into an agent. An unmet runtime capability is a limitation, not a new engine. 2. Use the supplied key. Private keys are custom.<lowercase_name>; private procedures are isolated, fenced and on demand. Public candidates also stay drafts. Native-only requirements such as orchestration beyond package limits require maintainer implementation: explain them. 3. Write the actual package files. At the end, use Python to read those files and serialize the candidate object to the declared artifact, checking JSON, paths and byte size locally. Declare bounded inputs, output, required integrations and service/model limits. Prefer …

How to install
mdr add tin-computer/tin/create-workflow@sha256:788c0344c38c1f93The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.9078821, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
