Switch Occam token-economy mode (full, lite, off) for this session.

The Occam rules live in rules.md next to this file and are injected at session start (default level: $OCCAM_LEVEL, else full).
- `full`: follow every section of rules.md.
- `lite`: follow Work lean, Talk less and Never cut; build as usual.
- `off`: ignore the Occam rules until switched on again.

How to install
mdr add quisbaum-prog/occam/occam@sha256:5ea3af7946923fcfThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260927.68dba80, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
