Fiil tam olarak ne? (sisteme girme, kalma, engelleme, veri silme/değiştirme, kart kullanımı?) 2. Yetki var mıydı? (rıza, erişim hakkı, görev sınırı aşıldı mı?) 3. Bir zarar/menfaat doğdu mu?
