Austrian inheritance law analysis — intestate succession (gesetzliche Erbfolge), wills (Testament), forced heirship (Pflichtteil), estate procedure (Verlassenschaftsverfahren), gifts inter vivos (Schenkung auf den Todesfall), estate planning, and inheritance disputes.

You need: 1. **Who died (Erblasser)?** — Name, Todesdatum, letzter gewoehnlicher Aufenthalt, Staatsangehörigkeit (relevant für EU-ErbVO) 2. **Family situation at death?** — Ehegatte/eingetragener Partner/Lebensgefährte? Kinder (ehelich, unehelich, adoptiert)? Eltern, Geschwister, Grosseltern noch lebend? Vorvorstorbene Verwandte? 3. **Letztwillige Verfuegungen?** — Testament vorhanden? Eigenhändig oder fremdhändig? Erbvertrag? Vermächtnis? Auflagen? 4. **Vermoegenswerte?** — Immobilien, Bankkonten, Wertpapiere, Unternehmensbeteiligungen, Fahrzeuge, Schmuck, Schulden, Buergschaften? 5. **Schenkungen zu Lebzeiten?** — An wen, wann, welcher Wert?
