Provision and wire up a cloud VM as an ANA (Agent-Native Agent) host end-to-end — create an Azure VM (az CLI), record its connection info, SSH in, install Node ≥ 20 + tmux + Claude Code, clone a project into ~/Projects/<name>, run the coding agent inside a named tmux session, expose the ANA server through a Cloudflare Tunnel (cloudflared systemd service + public hostname), and register everything as systemd units that survive reboots and crashes. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Turns a fresh cloud VM into a running ANA host in one pass. Every step is idempotent and scriptable, so the same skill works for a new project (`prosecution`, `sales`, `lab`, …) by changing `PROJECT`.

How to install
mdr add tykimos/agent-native-agent/cloud-setting@sha256:e68639c4761dadb9The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260822.7b15e47, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
