This file is byte-identical to the first copy the registry indexed, one of 3 indexed copies. Same content hash, so the same checks give both the same grade.

Answers what a past session cost ("the Garden session yesterday", a session id) with a priced number, and opens the Token Optimizer dashboard when asked to see it.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Token Optimizer Dashboard
Answers what a session cost from the user's own words, and opens an up-to-date dashboard of context usage, quality, session history and skills. Open the dashboard only when the user asks to see it; a cost question never opens a browser.
## Instructions
1. **Resolve runtime and measure.py path**:
```bash
RUNTIME="${TOKEN_OPTIMIZER_RUNTIME:-}"
if [ -z "$RUNTIME" ]; then
if [ -n "$CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT" ] || [ -n "$CLAUDE_PLUGIN_DATA" ]; then
RUNTIME="claude"
elif [ -n "$OPENCODE" ] || [ -n "$OPENCODE_BIN" ] || [ -n "$OPENCODE_CONFIG_DIR" ] || [ -n "$OPENCODE_CONFIG" ]; then
RUNTIME="opencode"
elif [ -n "$CODEX_HOME" ]; then
RUNTIME="codex"
# Explicit config-dir env of another harness: same tier as Python's
# detect_runtime() (above CLAUDECODE, which every Claude Code child inherits).
elif [ -n "$HERMES_HOME" ]; then
RUNTIME="hermes"
elif [ -n "$COPILOT_HOME" ] || [ -n "$TOKEN_OPTIMIZER_COPILOT_HOME" ]; then
RUNTIME="copilot"
elif [ -n "$TOKEN_OPTIMIZER_CURSOR_HOME" ]; then
RUNTIME="cursor"
elif [ -n "$TOKEN_OPTIMIZER_ANTIGRAVITY_HOME" ]; then
RUNTIME="antigravity"
How to install
mdr add alexgreensh/token-optimizer/token-dashboard@sha256:7afd3a40f26ccc45The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.7299960, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
