Start/stop Kokoro TTS HTTP server. TRIGGERS - start tts server, kokoro server, tts http, stop tts server.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Guide the user through: 1. Compile Swift launcher binary 2. Create launchd plist at `~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.terryli.kokoro-tts-server.plist` 3.
