You are running `/fix` in the **current working directory's repo**.

**The gap this closes.** `/rhiza:quality` files findings as issues and stops there, because
a scoring run that quietly edits code makes its own score unreproducible. `/rhiza:remote`
looks after requests once they exist. Nothing has ever turned an issue into a branch — that
step has always been done by hand, and it is what this command does.

Goal: read the open issues, work out which of them can be fixed without a judgement call,
and open **one pull request per issue**.

**Triage first, fix second — and the two failure modes are not symmetric.** Refusing
everything makes the command useless; confidently fixing something that needed a decision is
worse than never running it, because it produces a PR that *looks* reviewed. When the
evidence is thin, report. A recommendation costs the reader a minute; a wrong fix costs them
the review they thought they had.

**A single decision marker outranks every mechanical signal, and size is not a signal.** The
tempting heuristic is length — a two-line deletion feels safe and a nine-point rewrite feels
