optimize SKILL.md skillA
optimize from jasonxudeveloper/nino is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add jasonxudeveloper/nino/optimize@git:20261030.313f1ebPins git:20261030.313f1eb in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Nino's optimization techniques, measured and kept - what made read and write paths faster or slower in .NET (the JIT's inlining budget, keeping the reader and writer in registers, out-of-line rare paths, static readonly checks, bounds-check elimination with a ref to the first element and Unsafe.Add, vector loops on x64 AVX-512/AVX2/SSSE3 and Arm64 tbl/ldp/stp), Unity's Burst kernels and IL2CPP, the prefetch design of every runtime, plus reading the machine code (asm.py, JitDisasm); Go, Rust…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Optimization techniques The tricks that made Nino fast, the ones that made it slower, and how to see which you have. This skill owns the techniques; how to measure is `benchmark`, where the next win is `audit-perf`, and the platforms each technique must hold on are `platforms`; the techniques of the Go, Rust and TypeScript runtimes are `optimize-runtimes`. A technique found and measured (faster or slower) is added here, as a bullet: the rule, why, the evidence. A change to a read or write path (Nino.Core, Nino.Immutable, the code the generator emits) can slow cases it does not touch: everything a top-level call reaches is inlined into one method, under one inlining budget. Before committing one, run `python3 benchmarks/asm.py compare origin/main` (about two minutes, see benchmarks/README.md) and explain or fix every method it lists. To prove the code unchanged, dump both sides with `DOTNET_TieredCompilation=0` (the variable around `asm.py dump [--ref REF] --runs 1 --asm FILE`) and compare the listings per method: FullOpts code has no profile, so it repeats exactly, while Tier1 listed 7 of 2,356 methods in code a change did not reach. ## What has gone wrong before …

How to install
mdr add jasonxudeveloper/nino/optimize@sha256:c9b7f6704baf04f2The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261030.313f1eb, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
