Use when connecting a product to Stripe, fixing a payment bug ("баг в оплате") or auditing a live integration: checkout, renewals, refunds, cancellation and the retention coupon, and the webhook that grants an entitlement. Not for crypto (crypto-payments). Opt out: no wiring, без обвязки. Triggers - "add Stripe", "Stripe checkout", "subscription billing", "webhook signature", "cancel subscription", "подключить Stripe", "оплата подпиской", "вебхук Stripe".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Stripe billing Stripe holds the money. Your database holds the entitlement. **Every serious billing defect is one fact living in two systems that stopped agreeing** — a price, a quantity, a period, a refunded total. Stripe's API is not where integrations fail. Failures happen at the seam: the callback that arrived twice, the renewal that granted a month of product for a $0.40 proration invoice, the upgrade that charged the card and then failed to write the row. This skill is that seam. For **which** Stripe primitive to use, the official `stripe-best-practices` skill is the authority and wins any disagreement; for lookups, `stripe-docs`. Examples are TypeScript; the rules are language-neutral. Deep material, loaded on demand: | Read | When | |---|---| | [`references/stripe-agent-toolchain.md`](references/stripe-agent-toolchain.md) | starting from nothing, or about to guess an API shape — CLI, MCP, skills index, key handling | | [`references/webhook-events.md`](references/webhook-events.md) | writing or reviewing the handler — event catalogue, payload shapes, ordering, failure semantics | …

How to install
mdr add ssheleg/sheleg-dev/stripe-billing@sha256:b8154b12a8b4ed14The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.6a7c3e1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
