Double pre-merge review of a branch or PR: bugs and security plus code quality, via two parallel subagents. Use for /thermos or 'audit this branch before merge'. Whole repo: deep-code-audit.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Thermos

Run the two thermo review passes as async background subagents in parallel, then synthesize their results.

## Workflow

1. Determine the review scope from the user request, PR, current branch, or relevant changed files.
2. Gather the diff and any file/context excerpts needed for reviewers to evaluate the change without guessing.
3. Launch both subagents in the same message so they run in parallel. Use `run_in_background: true` when the subagent tool supports it (Claude Code); otherwise launch them in the foreground in that same message (Cowork). If god-mode is loaded as a plugin, the agent names carry the `god-mode-core:` prefix:
   - `subagent_type: "thermo-nuclear-review-subagent"` for bugs, breakages, security, devex regressions, feature-flag leaks, and other branch-audit risks.
   - `subagent_type: "thermo-nuclear-code-quality-review-subagent"` for maintainability, structure, file-size growth, spaghetti, abstractions, and codebase-health risks.
4. Pass each subagent the same scoped diff/file context and ask it to return prioritized findings with file references and evidence.

How to install

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261015.b72c1a6, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
