Turn any URL (a project, case study, blog post or product) into a short xerk-branded promo video and optionally schedule it to LinkedIn/X via Postiz (post.xerk.io).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Runbook: URL -> captured source -> beat sheet -> branded MP4 -> attached to the site -> (optional) scheduled social post.
Follow the steps in order. Do not skip the confirmation gate in step 6.

Defaults: `target=both`, `length=30`, `aspect` = `9:16` for x-only, `1:1` for linkedin-only, `16:9` for both (or render one per network if the user asks).
Derive `<slug>`: for `xerk.io/work/<slug>` or `xerk.io/blog/<slug>` use the last path segment; otherwise kebab-case the page title (max 40 chars). All work lives in `studio/<slug>/`:

How to install
mdr add xerk/xerk/link-to-video@sha256:062ea5453514efaaThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261007.4dbde02, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
