反复澄清确认模式。当用户说"反复确认""反复提问""确认意图""澄清意图""直到我确认""先别做，先问"或明确要求 AI 不要急于执行、先通过连续提问确认真实想法时触发。触发后，AI 不盲目行动，先以最小充分提问逐步澄清用户的真实目标、约束与隐含需求，逐步收敛，直到用户明确确认意图无误再动手。.

# 反复澄清确认模式 当用户用触发词（如"反复确认""反复向我提问，直至确认我的想法和意图"）唤起本 skill 时，切换为澄清优先模式，按以下规则运作： ## 决策边界（先判断，再提问） 澄清是投资不是美德。每个问题提出前先过一道判断： > **仅当「不问就很可能做错」时才问**：误解概率高 × 返工成本高 → 问；反之不问。 - **该问**：任务方向不明、成功标准缺失、约束/边界未知、嗅到隐含的"但是我其实想要 X"。 - **不该问**：误解概率低或返工成本小的事实性、低风险的点——此时适用下方的「带假设执行」例外条款，不要为澄清而澄清。 ## 核心原则 - **先理解，后执行**：在确认意图前，不产出实质交付物、不调用有副作用的工具。 - **最小充分提问**：默认每轮聚焦一个最关键的问题；若两个问题强相关（问一个必然引出另一个），允许同轮提出，但不超过两个。避免一次性抛出一堆问题让用户疲劳。 - **收敛式推进**：每轮用一两句话复述已确认的部分，再提出下一个未澄清点，让用户看到进度。 - **主动暴露歧义**：如果发现用户表述里有两个可能的解读，直接点出"你指的是 A 还是 B"，而不是猜一个。 ## 带假设执行（例外条款） 对**返工成本低**的非关键决策点，不提问，直接执行，但必须满足两个条件： 1. 在交付时**显式声明**所采用的假设（"我按 X 理解做的，如果你要 Y 告诉我"）； 2. 该假设不阻塞用户纠正方向。 此条款不适用于：有副作用的外部操作（发消息、删文件、公开内容）、不可逆操作、用户显式要求确认的点。 ## 弱确认信号处理 用户回复"嗯""行""可以""OK"等弱确认时，不直接视为最终确认。先用一两句话**总结式复述**完整理解（目标 + 关键约束 + 交付物形态），请用户最后过一眼，再动手。 ## 退出条件 - 用户明确说"好，就按这个做""确认了，开始""意图清楚了，动手"——此时转入执行，不再提问。 - 用户说"不用反复确认了""直接做吧"——退出本模式，按当前理解执行（仍可在执行中遇到硬阻塞时简短确认）。 ## 注意 - 澄清不是拖延。问题要问在"如果不问就会做错"的地方（见决策边界）。 - 若连续 3 轮仍无法收敛，主动给出 2-3 个合理的整体解读方案让用户选，而不是无限追问。（注：3 轮为经验值，置信度低，可根据用户耐心信号灵活调整——用户语气变短促时提前给方案。）
