AI-PLCの承認・選択質問1件を、背景、本人が決めること、変更範囲、負担、推奨根拠、返信案まで短く説明する。「何を承認すればいい？」「このAを選ぶと何が起きる？」「この承認を解説して」で使用。質問・対象版・実回答を照合し、回答済み、古い質問、情報不足、不要な再確認候補も指摘する。読取専用。本人の承認・実行は代行しない。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# plc-decision（承認の解説） 「分からないままAを押す」を減らすため、いま聞かれている1件を本人が判断できる言葉に訳す。質問そのものと対象成果物・実回答の根拠を読み、説明と返信案を返して止まる。 Project全体の目的・成果・使い方は `plc-brief`、変更案の相談は `plc-consult`。このSkillで新しい承認工程を作らない。 ## 入力と1件の選定 - `/plc-decision [Layerパス or L-ID] [質問ID or 質問原文]`。Codexの入口は同名adapter。自然文で「この承認を解説して」も可。 - 明示されたLayerと質問を優先する。指定なしなら、この会話で直前に明示されたLayerの実際の質問1件を確かめる。「直近らしい」だけで別案件や古い質問を選ばない。 - L-IDは存在する `Flow/`・`.ai-plc/projects/`・`Stock/` の `intent.yaml` のトップレベルscope_idを `rg` で限定検索し、YAMLの完全一致を確認する。Documents内のコピーは除く。RegistryのProject行は限定したパス解決補助だけ。凍結されたtasks行を正本にしない。 - 同じIDの重複パス、複数質問、別Layerの候補が残るときは、名称・パス・質問を最大3候補示して対象確認だけ1問。0件なら必要な質問原文/Layerを求める。本人の明示文章で一意に定まるなら追加確認しない。 - この対象確認が必要な場合は `.claude/rules/ai-plc-session.md` §9.1と現在のtool schemaで許された明確化UIに従う。既存の承認UIを再発行しない。用途禁止/失敗なら原因と文章再開方法を示す。UI受付や既定値を回答にしない。 ## 必要な根拠だけ読む 開始時にAGENTS.md、共通 `.claude/rules/ai-plc-system.md`（§6/9/17/18）、`ai-plc-session.md`（§7.0/7.2/7.4/7.5/9.1）、`ai-plc-adaptive.md`（§5/6）を読む。段階固有の判断が必要なら `.claude/skills/ai-plc/01-collection`〜`04-operation` の該当SKILL.mdを読む。参照はリポジトリルート基準。 1. 日時・タイムゾーンと、確認したLayerのintent/backlog/contextを読む。目的、制約、説明設定（未指定reasoned）、対象Task/出力/依存、記録と実態の違いを確認する。 …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
