Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Epic Review Skill If you are about to pick up your first sub-issue from an epic that your model-identity has not yet reviewed, you MUST immediately use the `view_file` tool to read and strictly adhere to `.agents/skills/epic-review/references/epic-review-workflow.md` before running `ticket-intake` or any sub-work steps. Subsequent sub pickups from the same epic by the same model-identity cite the prior review by URL reference instead of re-running the skill. Authored this epic yourself, or participated in its source Discussion? Read `references/participant-path.md` first.

How to install
mdr add neomjs/neo-agent-skills/epic-review@sha256:cd92df5c9fdb8cf0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260825.243157f, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
