Create or extend a decision-heuristic note in brain/patterns/.

How to install
mdr add zzoretich/unidex-agent-harness/pattern@sha256:741b37d979a401c6The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260923.391f320, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
