Instructions for AI agents (Claude Code locally, and the `claude-*` workflows in
`.github/workflows/`) working on this repository. Humans: the same rules live in
[CONTRIBUTING.md](../CONTRIBUTING.md).
StreamSnow is a Python CLI (`streamsnow/`) plus a Claude Code plugin (`skills/`, `hooks/`,
`.claude-plugin/`) for building, governing and shipping Streamlit-in-Snowflake apps. Every
change is judged against the Mission and Vision at the top of [README.md](../README.md) and
the nine [Principles](../docs/principles.md). Read them before changing behavior.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
