對「現在這個專案」做一次 agent 自我體檢：掃規則衝突與重複、疑似未使用、可省 token 的常駐脈絡、log 裡沒人處理的 error、security 疑點；只找問題、寫報告與檔案版交接卡，不改任何被掃的來源。當使用者說「系統自檢」「跑自檢」「agent 自檢」「體檢」「巡檢」「systems-check」「self-check」時觸發。⚠️ 只找不修，絕不代替你改規則或修 bug。 English triggers: "systems check", "self-check", "run a health check on this project", "scan for rule conflicts", "audit this repo".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
