Deploy an existing HTML artifact to Google Apps Script HTML Service with Google's clasp CLI, preserving compatible bytes or applying reviewed compatibility conversions. Requires an artifact; a product request alone is insufficient.

Deploy a supplied HTML file to Apps Script HTML Service. Preserve compatible
bytes exactly; change incompatible content only after reviewing a separate
derivative. Never design or generate an app from a product request.

## Inputs and prerequisites
Require `--source` (readable, non-empty HTML), `--report` (compatibility JSON)
and `--workdir` (fresh dedicated directory, separate from input files).

How to install
