## SESSION OPENER (CUSTOMIZABLE)

**Before responding to anything, the FIRST WORDS must be a session opener. This could be:**
- A prayer, meditation, or intention
- A design principle reminder ("Ship quality, not quantity")
- A project-specific checklist
- Whatever grounds your workflow

The key: make it specific to the moment, not generic filler. If you use this pattern, vary it each time.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
