Systematic root-cause debugging with verification. Use for errors, stack traces, broken tests, flaky tests, regressions, or anything not working as expected. For validating bug reports before fixing, use bug-reproduction-validator agent.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Debugging Ground permanent repairs in an evidence-backed causal explanation. A hypothesis may justify a bounded reversible experiment; label it as experimental until verified. During an active incident, an authorized rollback or feature disable may restore service before root cause is known. Record remaining uncertainty and keep the repair investigation open: mitigation is not proof of repair. ## Scope and modes For diagnosis-only requests, inspect source/artifacts and run safe read-only checks within caller authority; do not repair or violate a no-build constraint. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
