Pedantic structural audit of a commit, PR or branch, selected directory or module, or an entire codebase — hierarchy, nesting, naming, ownership, dependency boundaries, and growth readiness. Use when a change may distort repository shape, when a file or folder needs structural review, or when deciding whether to reorganize before expansion. Every finding must survive adversarial refutation and include evidence plus a concrete current→proposed change.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# /antimatter-codebase-structure-review Pedantic structural audit of a scoped codebase surface. The review asks whether the structure is clear, cohesive, appropriately nested, consistently named, honestly bounded, and ready for evidence-backed growth. Names and hierarchy are first-class design decisions. Pedantic means exhaustive and explicit. It does not mean inventing findings from personal taste. A structural metric is a search prompt, never a verdict. ## Relationship to antimatter `antimatter-code-quality-review` primarily reviews code changes for maintainability, correctness, abstraction quality, control flow, types, boundaries, duplication, cost, allocation, and generalization. This skill reviews the shape surrounding that code: - where files and folders belong; - whether nesting communicates real ownership; - whether names remain clear outside their parent-folder context; - whether the structure is too flat, too deep, or prematurely elaborate; and - whether likely expansion will produce a coherent tree or a dumping ground. Use this skill alongside antimatter when a commit or PR has structural …

How to install
mdr add checkpickerupper/skills/antimatter-codebase-structure-review@sha256:126071b4683f3f25The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.61c15fb, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
