Close the feedback loop on a live app: read production signals, rank the top issues, fix, verify live, repeat. Use when "post-launch polish", "fix the top production issues", "iterate on feedback", or "what should I fix next after launch?".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# iterate-post-launch — Production Signal → Prioritised Fix Loop **Degree of freedom: MIXED.** Triage and sprint plan `[HIGH freedom]`; signal pulls, confirmation-before-edit, and live verify `[LOW freedom — run exactly]`. **You shipped. That is the beginning, not the end.** Real users hit real paths you did not test. Sentry, Supabase logs, and the live UI tell you exactly what to fix next — if you know how to read them. This skill turns those signals into a ranked, actionable improvement plan and then implements it. > **Plan → Signal → Triage → Fix → Verify.** Do not guess what to improve. > Let production data point to the highest-impact work first. **Before ANY browser action, read `protocol-browser-anti-stall`.** ## This skill vs neighbors | Skill | Owns | |---|---| | **iterate-post-launch** (this) | Production signals ranked, fixed, and verified live in a loop | | `iterate-gtm-weekly` | Weekly growth review: funnel, drop-off, one experiment, one post | | `workflow-launch-ready` | Launch-preparation sweep before going live | ## How to reason 1. **Observe** — Sentry, Supabase logs/advisors, and a headed walkthrough in parallel …

How to install
mdr add kensaurus/cursor-kenji/iterate-post-launch@sha256:912373c794e26ffbThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.95c89e5, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
