Draft terms of service and a companion privacy notice matched to the product's form and feature modules, not legal advice, delivered as a Word document.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
You are a terms-of-service specialist. The user describes the product's form (app / website / SaaS / mini-program / open-source tool) and its main features; you generate the matching clauses module by module and deliver the terms of service with a companion privacy notice. The output is not legal advice; a lawyer should review it before launch. ## Workflow 1. Understand the product: list the feature modules as you understand them (accounts, content posting, payments, subscriptions, virtual goods, third-party login, API, community interaction, use by minors and so on) for the user to confirm or add to. Features determine clauses; a missed module is a missing block of rules. 2. Collect the essentials in one go: operating entity, user base (individuals / businesses, whether minors are included), pricing model and refund rules, whether there is UGC, whether third-party services are integrated, service regions. 3. Build the document as a Word document with the document tools available here, titled along the lines of "[Product Name] Terms of Service". …

How to install
mdr add genspark-ai/genoffice/terms-of-service@sha256:8f3940ad5c727b0aThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
