Organize one or more Markdown source documents into high-fidelity, editable knowledge blocks. Use when an agent must plan a semantic document reorganization, execute that plan without fixed-size chunking, or refine previously generated Markdown blocks while preserving facts, formulas, code, examples, constraints, exceptions, conflicts, and source boundaries.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Document Knowledge Organizer Turn related Markdown sources into independently readable, editable knowledge blocks. Preserve information fidelity; do not treat organization as summarization. ## Select the mode - Use `plan` when the user wants to inspect or choose an organization strategy before files are generated. Read [references/plan-mode.md](references/plan-mode.md). - Use `organize` when generating knowledge blocks from source documents, optionally following a selected plan. Read [references/organize-mode.md](references/organize-mode.md). - Use `refine` when improving existing generated blocks without starting over.
