Question Suppression Ladder + L1 Inline Resolution Rule + Hard-gated Action Boundary. Activated by DATARIM_AUTO_MODE=1 + a per-task autonomous-mode marker.

# Autonomous Mode — Question Suppression + L1 Inline + Hard-gated Boundary
This skill activates the existing mandates (`documentation/mandates/autonomous-agents.md` FB-1..8 — eight Feedback Behaviour rules that define how an autonomous agent answers its own questions; `feedback_l1_proposals_close_in_cycle`; `feedback_autonomous_ops`) as **default-on** inside an active `/dr-auto` cycle. It introduces no new rules — it only changes the default from "conditional activation" to "always on while the mode is active".
## When this skill is active
The skill is active if and only if **all three conditions** hold:
1. `DATARIM_AUTO_MODE=1` is set in the agent's environment.
2. The effective autonomous-mode marker exists and parses as YAML. The marker is per-task at `datarim/.auto/<TASK-ID>.mode` (collision-safe in a shared parallel workspace); the legacy single file `datarim/.auto-mode-active` is still honoured as a fallback for a hand-run `/dr-auto`. Resolve the effective path with `${DATARIM_RUNTIME:?}/dev-tools/auto-mode-marker.sh resolve --root <DIR> --task-id <ID>` rather than hardcoding either path.

How to install
mdr add arcanada-one/datarim/autonomous-mode@sha256:7f625710e0589ab4The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261025.5de8fd6, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
