duo-postures SKILL.md skillA
duo-postures from kimeur/duology is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add kimeur/duology/duo-postures@git:20261019.5ff724cPins git:20261019.5ff724c in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Designs iPhone Duo screens for every pose Apple shows: closed on the outer display, open flat (wide or tall), partly folded like a book, propped on a table like a laptop (tabletop), standing like a tent, and open and turned around (flipped, rear cameras facing the user). Use it when a screen must work half folded, when you build a tabletop media player or video call (video on top, the same controls below the fold), a book-pose layout with two regions, or a hinge effect. There is no posture…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Duo postures Use this skill to decide what a screen does in each way people hold or set down iPhone Duo, then build it. It covers closed, open flat, book, tabletop, tent and flipped, the two layouts Apple singles out (half folded like a book, and set on a table), and the hinge as a source of effects. Load neighbours when the task needs them: `duo-layout` (size classes, safe areas, reserved regions in depth), `duo-patterns` (which layout pattern a screen uses), `duo-navigation` (bars and sheets), `duo-continuity` (state through a fold). ## Words Apple calls these "device poses" and describes them with comparisons: "partially folded, like a book", "seated on a table like a laptop", "folded like a tent", "open, turned around". It never says "posture", "tabletop" or "tent mode". Duology uses **book**, **tabletop**, **tent** and **flipped** as shorthand for those descriptions. None of them is an API, an enum case or a Device Hub button. Never write code that pretends the system reports them. Labels below: *measured* means we ran it on the iPhone Duo simulator; *unverified* means we could not confirm it. ## Rules …

How to install
mdr add kimeur/duology/duo-postures@sha256:3d2168c5980cac45The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.5ff724c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
