Tüketici kredisi, konut finansmanı, kredili mevduat veya kredi kartı sözleşmesinde tüketici lehine emredici hükümlerin (cayma, erken ödeme, haksız ücret, faiz tavanı) uygulanıp uygulanmadığını denetlemek ve iade/iptal taleplerini kurmak gerektiğinde kullanılır.
