Decide what the viewer sees on every line of a talking video: one treatment per line (speaker, punch-in, B-roll, stock, icon, text, graphic, screen, nothing) anchored to a word, balanced, written to plan.visuals. Triggers: "minh hoạ", "kế hoạch hình ảnh", "câu này hiện gì", "b-roll cho script", "visual plan", "thêm hình cho lời nói".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Building skills decide one moment; this plan decides the whole video first, so treatments vary, land on words and
reach the density and look needed. Plan and research here; the building skills build.
## 0. When and where
Stage `visuals`, added at the story stage when words carry the video (none for a music montage or a vlog told by
pictures). It runs after the cut is locked (words and frames fixed) and before sound and captions (SFX and caption
mode depend on it):

If BashCut lists the stage before review (ignoring `after`), still do it after the cut.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
