Read or operate web pages in the user's logged-in browser when a task needs interaction, login state, visual inspection, or content that web search/fetch cannot obtain.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Computer
Prefer `web_search` / `web_fetch` for information that can be retrieved without operating UI.
Use `computer` when the task needs browser interaction, an existing login or tab,
visual inspection, or when search/fetch fails or returns insufficient content. If UI interaction is
clearly required, start here without a redundant search/fetch attempt. Prefer a suitable dedicated
skill, connector, API, or CLI when available. Respect an explicit user request to use the browser.
Use the `computer` tool for browser work. It runs JavaScript inside the existing Computer
container, using its logged-in Chromium profile. `browser`, `agent`, and `nodeRepl` are ready.
There is no desktop: only one Chromium, whose tabs the user watches in the Browser panel.
If the tool is not visible, call `load_tools` with `{"plugin":"computer"}`. Its exact tool name is
`computer`.
Bindings persist within this Akashic Session while Computer is awake; a timeout, cancellation, reset,
idle sleep, or workload restart invalidates them. First use wakes the saved personal profile.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
