Resolve consequential choices and shared intent before implementation. Use only when explicitly invoked.

# Hope Align Use only when the person invokes `$hope:align`, `/hope:align`, or the host's equivalent skill command or picker. Continue follow-ups within that invoked task without requiring another invocation. Ordinary requests and calls from another skill do not activate this skill; continue authorized work through the ordinary workflow. Reading a shared reference does not invoke its skill. Discover and test a design with the person to understand its goal and consequential decisions. Honor existing decisions, delegation, and implementation authorization. Align owns its open choices even when an implementation skill runs alongside it. Clear, authorized tasks and routine implementation choices need no new alignment or approval process. Read `../write/references/writing-standard.md` for user-facing language. ## Discover choices through their consequences Start from the conversation, relevant code, and governing project sources. Keep evidence, user decisions, AI proposals, assumptions, and uncertainty distinct. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
