Scaffold or show the .claude/project-context.json file that the workhub harness hooks read to inject project context, target-repo guidance, and optional post-edit format commands.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Set up the per-project configuration consumed by the workhub plugin's harness
hooks (and, for `postToolFormatCommands`, by the engineering plugin). `SessionStart` reads `.claude/project-context.json` from the project root
and injects a `<project-context>` block (registered project absolute paths)
into Claude's context at session start.
Steps:
1. Check whether `.claude/project-context.json` already exists in the current
project (read it).
- If it exists, show its current contents and stop. Tell the user to edit it
by hand, and that changes take effect on the next session start.
2. If it does not exist, create `.claude/project-context.json` with this
template (replace the placeholder paths with the user's real absolute paths):

How to install
mdr add atman-33/workhub/setup-project-context@sha256:b434ec96e180df58The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260929.4a49767, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
