Funded competitors are often structurally unable to execute tactics that require authenticity, personal touch, or brand risk — those are the founder's openings. Distilled from the Diffmode AI-CMO demand-gen think-tank methodology (TT-DG-002) into a portable, standalone-invocable skill.
