Structured task planning into a plan file. Use for any new feature, bug fix, or project that needs a task breakdown before implementation.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## Phase Gate
`brainstorming`(설계 승인)은 **설계가 필요한 Large 새 기능**에만 선행한다 — 크기 기준은
`skills/plan-task/references/elicitation.md` §6 이 소유한다. 그런 작업인데 `docs/specs/`에 관련
스펙이 없으면 먼저 `brainstorming` 을 invoke 한다. 버그 수정·Small·Medium 은 바로 진행한다(건너뛴
사실만 한 줄 적는다).

요구사항을 명확히 하고 구현 계획을 세운다. Medium/Large 면 결과를 **계획 파일**에 남긴다 —
규약(위치·frontmatter·절 순서) SSOT: `skills/plan-task/references/plan-format.md`.
**영속 상태는 `plan.md`(와 실행 단계의 checklist)다.** 호스트 태스크 도구는 진행 추적에만
쓴다 — 세션 스코프이거나(Claude Code) 아예 없는(Codex 등) 하네스가 있어서 세션을 넘지 못한다.

## Step 0: 진입 [건너뛰기 금지]
1. 호스트 태스크 도구가 있으면 로드한다(Claude Code: `ToolSearch("select:TaskCreate,TaskUpdate,TaskList")`).
> **Task 도구가 없으면 멈추지 말고 대체 경로로 간다** — `skills/plan-task/references/task-tools-fallback.md`
> §B 가 소유한다. `[Planning]` 단계의 대체는 **대화창 진행표 + `plan.md`** 다 — checklist 에는

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
