Generate, extract or audit the project's design tokens: writes or lints .desk/DESIGN.md and exports CSS custom properties or a Tailwind theme. Use when a project needs its tokens made, pulled out of existing code, or checked for drift.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. What the file says
Make or check a token system as the Design Manager. **Deliverable and standard.** A token set: colour by job, type scale, spacing, radii, motion. The brand-kit standard's `DESIGN.md` front matter is the shape, and the sheet renders to the dashboard standard's density rules. How to install
mdr add adityareddy-dev/deskstudio/design-system@sha256:143564fed04ecc15The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.cbc9b24, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
