Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Implement a content security policy Content Security Policy prevents cross-site scripting (XSS), clickjacking, and data injection attacks by controlling which resources can be loaded and executed on your pages. It reduces blast radius, but it does not replace output encoding and sanitization. ## Quick Reference - Start with Content-Security-Policy-Report-Only to test without breaking your site - Use nonces or hashes for inline scripts instead of unsafe-inline - Avoid unsafe-eval unless absolutely necessary - Set strict default-src then allow specific sources - Monitor CSP reports to catch violations - Sanitize untrusted HTML before rendering it into the DOM - Use Trusted Types in larger apps as defense in depth for DOM XSS sinks ## Check Check if this website implements a Content Security Policy header and analyze its directives. Also review any use of `innerHTML`, `dangerouslySetInnerHTML`, HTML template injection, and Trusted Types enforcement for large applications. ## Fix …

How to install
mdr add thedaviddias/front-end-checklist/content-security-policy@sha256:8f60c75d0b093d54The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261004.4b0ddb9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
