Restate content as a flat list of atomic facts in the style of av/facts fact sheets. Use when the user says "just facts", "facts only", "as facts", "give me the facts", or replies with a bare "facts" / "facts?" to a previous message — then the scope is that message's content.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# factual-communication Restate content as facts, in the style of av/facts fact sheets (github.com/av/facts). The output is a flat list of atomic claims: short enough to read in full, complete enough that nothing in scope is lost. ## Trigger - Explicit: "just facts", "facts only", "as facts", "give me the facts". - Implicit: a bare reply "facts" (or "facts?") to a previous message → the scope is that previous message's content (yours or anyone's). If ambiguous, take the most recent substantive message in the thread. - Scope = the content, not the conversation. Rehash what was said/reported, not meta-commentary about it. ## Output format One fact per line, `-` prefixed. Group with `#` headings only when there are 2+ distinct domains; skip headings for short outputs. No intro, no outro, no transitions, no "in summary". How to install
mdr add av/skills/factual-communication@sha256:17881d2d6d1ffffdThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260825.4dce9e4, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
