Plan risk-based coverage and execute functional acceptance across backend, APIs, pages, UI, business logic and end-to-end journeys. Run existing scoped checks; route source fixes to their owner.

# Dev Tests ## Entry Gate Own a bounded test-coverage and evidence decision for a declared feature, change, or journey. During product/design work, identify risks, testability gaps and provisional checks without waiting for implementation. Resolve applicable authorities, their acceptance status, target basis, environment and permission before execution; only settled oracles support acceptance verdicts. Reuse the project test plan and its IDs. mdr add idaibin/skills/dev-tests@sha256:0cd3505bcc1ce8e8The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261028.08afd8b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
