Review the changes since a fixed point (commit, branch, tag, or merge-base) along three axes: Standards (does the code follow this repo''s documented coding standards?), Spec (does the code match what the originating issue/spec asked for?), and Adversarial (how does the change fail in production?). Runs each axis in an independent host reader and applies the repository external-peer policy. Use when the user wants to review a branch, a PR, work-in-progress changes, or asks to "review since X".

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

What the file says

Three-axis review of the diff between `HEAD` and a fixed point the user supplies:

- **Standards**: does the code conform to this repo's documented coding standards?
- **Spec**: does the code faithfully implement the originating issue / spec?
- **Adversarial**: how does the change fail in production?

Every axis has an independent **host reader** and, when repository settings select one, an **external reader**. They run in parallel so they do not pollute each other's context. Agreement is cross-family evidence only when authoritative provider metadata establishes distinct host and external families. This skill aggregates what survives validation.

The issue tracker should have been provided to you. If `docs/agents/issue-tracker.md` is missing, tell the user to run `/setup-supermatt-skills` in Claude linked installs or Cursor, `/supermatt:setup-supermatt-skills` from the Claude plugin, `$setup-supermatt-skills` in Codex, or `/skill:setup-supermatt-skills` in OMP.

How to install

The exact contents, by fingerprint
mdr add svyatov/supermatt/code-review@sha256:2a415aaeb5057409

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261018.f19c25a, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
